Windows 7 with WAMP server showing blank localhost page

So you just installed WAMPSERVR on Windows 7 and you're getting a blank localhost page, instead of what you expected. Here's the quick version of how to solve it:

1. Open to the hosts file in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
2. Uncomment out the part about localhost (might not be necessary, but I did it anyway)
3. Close Skype (it hijacks localhost:80)
4. Restart WAMPSERVER
5. Enjoy
